The role includes:
Handling, sending, and tracking purchase orders Managing communication with suppliers in Israel and abroad Monitoring malfunctions and managing returns to suppliers Responsibility for shortages and providing solutions Creating item codes and documenting in the system
Job requirements:
Academic education – mandatory At least two years of experience in a similar or administrative position Experience in the defense industry – significant advantage Very high level of English – including spoken and written communication Full proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems – Priority preferred Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, with strong service orientation
