We are seeking a dedicated Payroll Specialist to join our team in Israel, reporting directly to the Payroll Controller. This role is crucial for supporting the accurate and efficient preparation and execution of payroll.
Responsibilities:
* Manage company attendance systems, including implementing procedures, generating reports, updating legislative changes, and addressing employee inquiries. * Oversee employee onboarding and termination processes, including managing statutory forms (e.g., 161 forms in Israel). * Process statutory forms (e.g., 101 forms in Israel). * Manage employee payroll deductions/reimbursements and maintain communication with relevant third parties like pension insurance agents. * Assist with monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulations.
Requirements:
* Certified Payroll Professional in Israel – mandatory. * Advanced Excel skills, including complex functions – mandatory. * 1-4 years of relevant payroll experience, preferably within a high-growth or large-scale company (e.g., 300+ employees). * Proficiency in leading payroll systems (e.g., Hilan) – a significant advantage. * Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills, with a high attention to detail and accuracy. * In-depth knowledge of Israeli payroll regulations, including tax and social security laws. * Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
