We are seeking a highly organized, service-oriented Office Manager & Welfare/Admin Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone proactive, energetic, and people-focused who excels at creating an outstanding employee experience while ensuring seamless office operations.

Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure the office runs efficiently.

Provide administrative support to the CEO, Deputy CEO, and management team.

Manage all incoming calls and employee inquiries.

Coordinate meetings, prepare rooms, and arrange refreshments for guests and events.

Maintain office order and ensure meeting rooms are organized after use.

Handle grocery orders, meal arrangements, and general office supplies.

Manage office equipment, supply ordering, and relationships with vendors.

Coordinate with the leasing company on fuel cards, vehicle matters, reports, and cellular accounts.

Oversee the cleaning company and ensure high cleanliness standards.

Serve as the main point of contact with building management regarding facility maintenance.

Minimum one year of experience in administrative and/or welfare roles.

Strong English skills (speaking, reading, and writing).

Full proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working in a digital environment.

Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced, multitask-focused environment.

Strong capability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Academic degree is a significant advantage.
