Role Summary: Oversee a research group focused on security aspects of operating systems and related technologies. The position involves managing the entire research lifecycle, producing comprehensive technical analyses, and guiding the creation of specialized tools and internal frameworks. The role also includes close cooperation with engineering leadership to broaden expertise, solve technical challenges, and integrate research outcomes into product development. Supporting team members through coaching, skill-building, and professional growth is also a key part of the job.
Required Qualifications:
At least 2 years of management experience in a relevant technical field
Strong understanding of networking concepts and the internal architecture of operating systems (Windows, Linux)
Proficiency in reverse engineering and in using both dynamic and static analysis tools
Solid familiarity with cybersecurity principles and the broader security ecosystem
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and to communicate complex technical ideas clearly
Excellent analytical reasoning and problem-solving capabilities
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of endpoint defense mechanisms and common methods used to circumvent them
Practical experience with low-level programming languages such as C, C++ or Rust
