A fast-growing AI company in the Defense-Tech sector is seeking a hands-on Marketing Communications Manager to lead branding, content, and promotional activities. This role involves managing internal and external communications, building a strong brand presence, and leading marketing across multiple platforms.

Lead the Marcom strategy from message development through to execution.

Manage and expand the company’s website, LinkedIn, and additional digital platforms.

Execute content initiatives such as blogs, newsletters, articles, and case studies.

Create and maintain presentations, one-pagers, product materials, and sales kits.

Oversee the production of press releases, advertisements, interviews, and videos.

Ensure brand consistency across all online and offline touchpoints.

Plan and execute events, exhibitions, and conferences in Israel and abroad.

Support business goals by working closely with Sales, Product, and HR teams.

Coordinate with external designers and agencies on an ongoing basis

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

3–5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a startup or technology company.

Previous experience working in defense companies is an advantage.

High-level writing and content creation skills in both Hebrew and English.

Proven experience managing social media, digital campaigns, and website content.

Hands-on proficiency with tools such as WordPress, Canva, HubSpot, or similar.

Capability to work independently with strong attention to detail and project leadership skills.

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
