The company is seeking a Sales Team Leader to structure and drive commercial growth from the ground up.
In this role you will:
Launch the B2B SaaS Offering: The Sales Team Leader will define and execute the go-to-market strategy for a marketplace platform.
Manage Sales Cycles: The role involves managing long-cycle sales with major accounts and building a predictable pipeline.
Develop the B2C Offering: The lead will structure the sales process for a recurring subscription product valued at approximately €100/year.
Drive Conversion: Responsibilities include creating sales scripts and monitoring conversion KPIs.
Transform the Team: The Sales Team Leader will pivot the existing support team into a high-performing sales unit.
Build a Sales Culture: The successful candidate will implement a commercial culture including incentives, professional methods, and modern tools.
Requirements:
Experience: 5+ years in sales with at least 2 years in management.
B2B Track Record: Proven success closing long-cycle, large-scale accounts.
Transformation Expert: Experience successfully transitioning a "support" team into a "sales" team.
Hands-on Leader: A closer who leads by example rather than just managing from a distance.
Language: French speaker for the French market. Hebrew is considered a bonus.
Mindset: Autonomous and "chaos-friendly" individuals who thrive on shifting startup priorities.
Data-Driven: A professional who manages through numbers and metrics.
This is a full time role based in Raanana with partial remote possibilities and occasional travel to France.
