We are looking for a creative and highly organized Digital Content Project Manager to shape and execute our international digital content strategy. This role is pivotal in managing high-quality, engaging content across various platforms while working closely with our Digital Marketing, Ecommerce, and Retail teams.
The ideal candidate possesses a blend of creative vision—staying ahead of digital trends—and an analytical mindset to use data for improving content performance. You will report directly to the Digital Creative & Content Senior Manager and play a key role in maintaining brand excellence across EU and APAC markets.
Content Strategy & Planning: Manage a comprehensive content calendar, tracking systems, and production schedules for EU and APAC markets in alignment with global marketing goals.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the central point of contact between creative, production, and commercial teams to ensure smooth workflows and clear communication.
Production Oversight: Develop digital content briefs for shoots and oversee post-production schedules.
Event Coverage: Lead digital media coverage and content direction for major European events, including PR activations and Fashion Weeks.
Social Media Collaboration: Partner daily with Social Media teams and creator agencies to develop, edit, and optimize social-first content and UGC.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze engagement metrics across platforms like Instagram and TikTok to provide monthly data-driven optimizations.
Project Management: Onboard and structure new project requests using internal systems (Monday.com, Basecamp, Dropbox) to ensure all information is centralized and accessible.
Trend Analysis: Stay current on digital trends and educate internal and external stakeholders on the evolving digital landscape.
Industry Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in content strategy development, specifically within the Beauty or Lifestyle industry.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Design, Media Studies, or a related field.
Language Skills: Native-level fluency in English (written and verbal) is required; additional languages are a plus.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in project management tools (Monday.com, Basecamp) and proficient with video editing and design programs.
Social Media Mastery: Deep passion for social media with a proven ability to create and edit platform-specific content.
Analytical Ability: Demonstrated experience using a data-driven approach to content performance.
