We are a rapidly growing player in the digital entertainment space, looking for a results-driven Affiliate Manager to spearhead our partner acquisition and retention strategies. As our Affiliate Manager, you will be the primary bridge between our brand and a global network of partners. You’ll be responsible for identifying high-value traffic sources, negotiating competitive deals, and optimizing performance to ensure long-term, profitable growth.
Partner Recruitment: Proactively identify, reach out to, and onboard new affiliates, influencers, and media partners specifically within the gaming niche.
Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture existing relationships, serving as the main point of contact for inquiries, technical support, and performance updates.
Campaign Optimization: Analyze daily traffic and conversion data to identify trends, optimize ROI, and scale high-performing campaigns.
Deal Negotiation: Structure and negotiate commission models, including CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid deals, ensuring they align with our acquisition costs and LTV (Lifetime Value) goals.
Compliance & Quality: Monitor affiliate activity to ensure brand safety and compliance with industry regulations, while mitigating fraudulent traffic.
Performance Reporting: Deliver weekly and monthly reports on key metrics such as FTDs (First Time Deposits), NGR (Net Gaming Revenue), and overall program growth.
Industry Expertise: A minimum of 2–4 years of experience in Affiliate Management specifically for gaming companies (e.g., mobile gaming, iGaming, or esports).
Proven Network: An established portfolio of contacts and partners within the gaming affiliate space.
Technical Savvy: Proficiency with affiliate tracking software (such as Cellxpert, Income Access, or NetRefer) and analytics tools.
Negotiation Skills: Strong commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate win-win terms in a competitive market.
Analytical Mindset: Comfortable "living in the data"—you should be able to look at a spreadsheet and immediately spot where a campaign is leaking or where the next big opportunity lies.
