We are looking for a strategic leader to transform our established coaching methodology into a scalable, high-impact success engine. As the Head of Client Fundraising Strategy, you will report directly to the CEO and own the bridge between powerful fundraising technology and expert human guidance.
This is a senior leadership role designed for a systems-thinker who excels at consultative problem-solving and people management. Your mission is to ensure nonprofit organizations don't just win individual campaigns, but build durable fundraising capabilities for the future.
Consultative Excellence
Elevate the standard of coaching by moving beyond scripts to deep, real-time problem solving.
Diagnose client challenges and navigate high-resistance moments with professional maturity.
Balance immediate performance wins with long-term organizational capacity building.
Project-Based Delivery
Design modular coaching engagements with clear milestones, goals, and accountability structures.
Lead high-energy project execution to maintain momentum, especially during complex or emotionally charged campaigns.
Guide clients through ambassador strategies and peer-to-peer fundraising trade-offs.
Scaling Leadership
Directly manage and develop a high-performing team of coaches and consultants.
Establish clear standards and methodologies to maintain quality as the team grows.
Foster a culture of ownership, continuous learning, and pride in craft.
Systems and Data
Build the "operating system" for coaching, using data and feedback loops to measure effectiveness.
Create client-facing tools, worksheets, and frameworks that drive actionable results.
Translate qualitative insights into structured improvements for the broader organization.
You are a strong fit for this role if you possess a blend of consulting-level thinking, people leadership, and technical fluency.
Experience: Significant background in consulting, professional services, or nonprofit operations with a heavy focus on coaching and delivery.
Leadership: Proven experience as a direct people manager (not just matrix leadership).
Subject Matter Expertise: Fluency in the nonprofit ecosystem, fundraising models, and the cultural nuances of the global Jewish geography.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with modern tooling, including HubSpot (or similar CRMs) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
Mindset: You are a proactive learner who believes in systems as a force multiplier and thrives in a hands-on, high-ownership environment.
In this position, you will define how hundreds of nonprofits experience fundraising support. You aren't just managing a team; you are shaping the methodology that helps organizations fund their missions at scale.
