A global organization operating at the intersection of advertising, media, and technology is seeking a Financial Controller to join its Tel Aviv office. This role offers broad responsibility over financial operations and close collaboration with global stakeholders.

Overseeing day-to-day financial and accounting activities, including invoicing, collections, payments, reconciliations, tax-related filings, intercompany transactions, and management reporting.

Producing monthly and annual financial statements in line with corporate standards and statutory regulations.

Leading month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.

Delivering regular financial reports and insights to global management teams.

Monitoring and analyzing cash flow, liquidity, and net working capital.

Building and tracking annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.

Preparing statutory reports and tax documentation, and coordinating audits with external accountants and advisors.

Managing and mentoring a small accounting team (two bookkeepers), ensuring high-quality output, clear task ownership, and on-time delivery.

Reviewing financial records to detect discrepancies, risks, or control gaps and driving corrective actions.

Working with accounting and ERP systems to streamline processes, improve accuracy, and maintain reliable financial data.

Contributing to the design, implementation, and ongoing improvement of internal financial controls.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – mandatory.

2–3 years of hands-on experience in a Controller or Assistant Controller role within a corporate environment.

Full professional fluency in both English and Hebrew.

Strong command of GAAP and relevant accounting standards.

Solid understanding of bookkeeping practices, including journal entries, trial balances, and account reconciliations.

Proven experience with budgeting, financial closing cycles, and management reporting.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and explain variances.

Experience working with accounting software and ERP systems; familiarity with automation and financial analytics tools is an advantage.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while managing multiple priorities.
