We are seeking a strategic and analytical Senior Financial Manager to lead our financial operations and serve as a key partner to our executive team. Responsiblities
In this role, your focus will be divided between operational excellence and strategic support:
Manage and oversee the company’s financial operations and reporting.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Monitor cash flow, profitability, and financial performance.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax requirements.
Supervise, mentor, and support the accounting and finance staff.
Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Prepare management reports and financial analysis for senior leadership.
Work with external auditors, banks, and financial advisors when required.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and financial improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent preferred.
5+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
Experience managing financial teams or departments.
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
Experience in strategic financial planning and business analysis.
Fluent Hebrew & full professional proficiency in English is a must.
