We are looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to join our team in Tel Aviv. This is a pivotal role within our agency, sitting at the intersection of high-level strategy, hands-on campaign execution, and team leadership.
In this position, you won’t just be managing accounts; you will be acting as a consultative partner for global clients, helping them navigate complex digital landscapes and translate their business goals into measurable growth.
Guide the media and creative strategy, oversee the planning and implementation of large-scale campaigns while delivering against strict KPIs and define the measurement and tracking frameworks that prove success.
Lead and be accountable for a diverse client portfolio.
Manage a dedicated team of Performance Account Managers and Strategists. Foster their professional growth while ensuring the team consistently meets high standards of execution.
Manage campaigns across major digital platforms including Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, while diving into the data to find opportunities for optimization.
Work with international clients and communicate results to stakeholders across different time zones and markets.
Solve complex problems, driven by insights and turn raw data into a clear narrative.
Drive both people and projects forward while leading by example and maintaining a high attention to detail even in a fast-paced environment.
B.A. or B.Sc. degree (MBA is a plus).
Experience with hands-on performance marketing and account management.
Fluent English is essential for communicating with our global partners; Hebrew fluency is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build trust with clients and team members alike.
