We are building a real-time AI sales coach designed to provide live, in-call guidance for phone and video meetings. To ensure our AI actually understands the nuances of a complex deal, we are looking for a deep domain expert in enterprise sales to bridge the gap between high-level sales strategy and technical product development.
This is not a traditional sales role. You will not carry a quota. Instead, you will use your years of "in the trenches" experience to help define what great sales execution looks like and translate that into better software and AI logic.
You will work directly with our leadership, engineering, and AI teams to ensure our product provides genuine value rather than noise. Your goal is to move the needle on how AI supports reps during live objections, discovery, and deal progression.
Act as the internal authority on sales workflows, deal strategy, and rep execution.
Review sales calls to identify high-performing behaviors and use those insights to train and refine our AI systems.
Collaborate with product and engineering to design features, prompts, and playbooks that reflect the reality of complex B2B cycles.
Determine what information is actually useful for a rep in the heat of a call and what is a distraction.
5+ Years experience working in Enterprise Sales with a proven track record for complex B2B environments and an understanding of the friction points of the modern sales stack.
High sales IQ with an ability to listen to a call and quickly identify why a deal is stalling or where a rep missed an opportunity.
Strong interest in how AI can automate or augment manual tasks and enjoy the process of building something from the ground up.
Comfortable translating sales jargon into actionable requirements for technical teams.
