Job Summary:
We are looking for energetic, results-driven Sales Executives to drive outbound sales efforts across assigned campaigns. This is a frontline, performance-focused role where you will engage prospective customers, understand their needs, pitch relevant solutions, and convert leads into successful sales. You will be measured on conversions, target achievement, call quality, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Sales Execution

Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers as per assigned campaigns

Clearly explain products/services and articulate value propositions to customers

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions to drive conversions

Consistently achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Lead Management & Follow-ups:

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM/tools

Follow up with interested prospects to ensure timely closure of sales

Handle objections professionally and convert warm leads into confirmed sales
Performance & Quality

Adhere to defined call quality standards, scripts, and compliance guidelines

Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-centric approach during all interactions

Participate in regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and sales trainings
Team Collaboration:
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)

Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities

Target-oriented mindset with a strong drive for results

Basic computer knowledge and comfort using CRM or calling tools

Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Education & Experience:

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline

Experience: 0–2 years in outbound sales, telesales, or customer acquisition
