We are looking for a professional, results-driven Sales Executive to drive revenue growth across healthcare and sexual wellness product categories. This is a field and relationship-focused role where you will educate customers, promote products ethically, manage key accounts, and expand market presence. You will be evaluated on sales target achievement, customer relationships, compliance adherence, and quality of market feedback—not just activity volume.
Promote and sell healthcare and sexual wellness products to assigned customers, channels, or territories
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through disciplined planning and execution
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for retailers, pharmacies, distributors, or institutional customers
Educate customers on product usage, benefits, and safety guidelines in a clear and professional manner
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with channel partners and end customers
Handle customer queries, objections, and follow-ups effectively while maintaining trust and discretion
Ensure strict adherence to company policies, healthcare regulations, and ethical selling practices
Maintain professionalism and sensitivity while discussing regulated or intimate product categories
Represent the brand responsibly in all customer interactions
Collect and share market feedback, competitor insights, and evolving customer requirements
Maintain accurate sales records, customer data, and reports using CRM and reporting tools
Support sales planning and strategy refinement through timely data and insights
Proven experience in sales, preferably in healthcare, wellness, pharma, FMCG, or regulated product categories
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse customer groups
Demonstrated ability to discuss sensitive product categories with discretion and professionalism
Good negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
Basic computer proficiency, including CRM systems, MS Excel, and reporting tools
