Key Responsibilities:

Project Delivery Support

• Contribute to high-impact client engagements by gathering data, conducting research, and supporting the development of practical solutions.
• Collaborate closely with mentors and team leads to meet project goals and exceed client expectations.

Contribute to Team Collaboration

• Participate in team discussions, brainstorming sessions, and status check-ins, offering fresh perspectives and ideas.
• Coordinate small tasks or components under guidance, ensuring alignment with overall project goals.

Document Insights & Communicate Clearly

• Help draft presentations, reports, and updates that are sharp, insightful, and client-ready.
• Learn how to structure your thinking and communicate with confidence—both in writing and in meetings.

Learn & Apply Consulting Tools

• Explore industry frameworks, analysis techniques, and strategic thinking models.
• Apply these tools on the job as you grow your ability to break down complex problems and tell a story with data.

Qualifications & Skills:

Essential

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any discipline), or
• An Honours degree in Commerce, Economics, Data/Statistics, Maths, Computer Science, or another analytically-oriented field
• Strong Communication skills (written and verbal): able to present ideas in a clear, structured manner.
• Team-Player Mindset: willingness to collaborate closely with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
• Adaptability & Enthusiasm: interest in learning multiple functional areas and handling varied tasks.
• Professional Attitude: consistent demonstration of integrity, respect, and responsibility in daily work.
