In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to offer management and placement. Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of clients and build strong, lasting relationships.
Source and attract top talent using various recruitment channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.).
Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Present qualified candidates to clients and manage the interview process.
Negotiate offers and facilitate successful placements.
Provide ongoing support and advice to both clients and candidates.
Achieve and exceed individual and team recruitment targets.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or a related client-facing role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
A strong understanding of various industries and job markets (preferred).
