Job Summary:
As a Telecaller – Telesales, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote life insurance products. Your main goal is to convert leads into sales opportunities by building strong relationships with customers and effectively explaining product benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead Generation & Sales:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce life insurance products.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing in a clear and persuasive manner.
Generate leads and schedule face-to-face meetings (F2F) with the sales team for further closure.
Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
✅ Customer Engagement:
Build rapport with customers and understand their financial needs.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about life insurance policies.
Follow up with leads and maintain a high conversion rate.
✅ Database & Reporting:
Maintain and update the customer database with relevant information.
Keep track of calls, leads, and conversions using CRM tools or Excel sheets.
Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
✅ Market Awareness:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new insurance products.
Adapt sales pitches to align with customer needs and market dynamics.
