We are hiring an experienced and performance-driven Senior US IT Recruiter / Bench Sales Lead with strong expertise in Bench Sales and hands-on experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment. The role requires leadership capabilities to manage and mentor a team while driving overall performance and closures.
Key Responsibilities:
Bench Sales:
Market and place bench consultants with US clients, vendors, and implementation partners
Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier-1 vendors and direct clients
Negotiate pay rates and contract terms (C2C, W2, 1099)
Ensure continuous placement and billing of bench resources
Maintain consultant profiles, track submissions, and follow-ups
